My background is in economics and business administration. I began my career at a digital agency, where I supported early-stage US founders in taking their products from 0 to 1 and iterating through early versions to reach PMF.
For the past 8+ years, I’ve implemented modern product management practises across industries like web scraping, automation, retail, and hospitality—helping startups & scale-ups. I’ve led initiatives that improved conversion rates in key customer funnels by 100%+, rolled out SEO strategies resulting in 4k+ landing pages, and launched campaigns that generated 4k+ leads and sold 3k+ products in personal side projects.
Currently, I work at one of the three Czech unicorns. I focus on high-impact product strategy, strategic product enablement, and experimentation. I've influenced roadmaps for startups with 100k+ monthly users and continue to mentor PMs while advising startups. I'm also a public speaker (Web Expo) with focus on AI & modern product management.
