Alan Arnfeld

Product leader with 30+ years creating and measuring customer value across B2B and B2C. 20 of those years have been in digital first or legacy to SaaS transitions with an equal split of driving growth in SME PE backed business and larger corporates. I have a keen focus on creating transparency and collaboration based on data insights. Stakeholder engagement and management across multiple tiers in organisations is core to my practice. In my spare time I enjoy daily countryside walks with our family dog, training with her and practising Yoga. Travel is a great love all the family share. I am married with two grown up daughters. Locally, I wanted to contribute to help others and joined Citizens Advice as a Trustee Board director in 2021.
