As a product leader, I have amassed extensive experience in helping organisations adopt agile design & development practices that are customer-centric and value driven.

I believe the best products come from a combination of smart decision-making, a healthy team culture & a deep understanding of your customers. So, in my consultancy and advisory work, I assist organisations in building out and optimising their product and design practices; helping them to bring a sharper focus to the work they do.

In my role as executive & leadership coach, I work in partnership with leaders and teams to identify blind spots; grow emotional agility & build sustainable resilience, so that they not only realise their own potential, but also bring out the best in those around them.

My coaching is grounded in 20+years of practical cross-functional leadership experience and includes designing leadership development programmes for organisations.
