I'm one of the really lucky people in the world who loves what they do and have been doing it for a while.

Whether it be scaling product-led startups, obsessing about user problems or helping transform organisations to be able to ship effectively – I love working with great people to move at pace and build products that change the world.

I have a range of experiences that allow me to build products and organisations in parallel, from creating a culture of accountability to drive results, to coaching teams and people to be the best version of themselves they can be. I believe passionately in easy to understand strategies, that allow everyone to contribute to the goal, giving the best chance of alignment and that most important metric of all: speed.
