Jade Elizabeth Gray

Jade is a design & product leader, founder, and entrepreneur – specializing in 0-1, early stage innovation. Her passion lies in painting the big picture through blending design, research, and business strategy – in service of meaningful, human connection. Previously at IDEO.org and Airbnb, she’s worked with companies, nonprofits, and governments to craft meaningful products and services around the world. She is also a professor at Parsons School of Design.
