I have spent my career building and leading teams to create great products that people love. I had the privilege to lead product design for Google Maps, Facebook and Oculus, some of the most used apps in the world.

I have deep experience leading teams at the intersection of design, product, research and engineering, and have a proven track record of guiding large and small cross-functional organisations to lasting impact.

Named by Fast Company Magazine as one of the Most Creative People in Business, I have also spoken about designing products at events across the globe, including TEDx and the Design Museum.

As a mentor, I help organisations to improve impact, quality, and speed. Working closely with founders and cross functional teams, I help teams to think bigger strategically, execute tactically with more quality, and operate with more efficiency.
