Lukas Bergstrom

I'm a fractional Head of Product and product advisor. I co-founded the wildfire tracking app Watch Duty, which reached #1 in the US App Store. I spent seven years at Google as a senior product manager working on ads, Android and YouTube, with experience in production machine learning, developer tools and B2B SaaS.

My most common client engagement is to serve as interim Head of Product for a startup with only junior PMs. I will do three things: (1) quickly unblock product development and help you ship what's on your critical path (2) help build an effective product development cadence (3) hire a permanent Head of Product.
