Marton Gaspar

I've co-founded three startups in the AI and chatbot space, which ignited my passion for product development. Over the past decade, I’ve worked as a freelance Head of Product, specializing in scaling up businesses and enterprise solutions. During this time, I had the privilege of advising EY’s top 10 senior leaders on product strategy.

In my last role, I served as the Product Director for HomeX, a fast-growing startup with a team of 1,200 people that successfully raised $90 million in one of the largest Series A rounds. The high-scaling culture at HomeX was both challenging and exhilarating.

A pivotal moment in my career was when I was selected by Marty Cagan as one of only 50 people in Europe to be trained to be a product coach. After completing this course, I met Pete, and now I am thrilled to be working with all of the incredible people at the NHS, contributing to the important work of saving lives.
