Leading up to my work as a Product Transformation Coach and Interim CPO, I've been a B2B software and data product leader, past co-founder at multiple startups, and an MIT-educated engineer. I have extensive experience creating and leading product teams to craft complex platforms and ecosystems of value. My depth and breadth of knowledge enable world-class cross-functional leadership, collaboration, and consistent identification of the right thing to do next for the business.

While I have coached dozens of product leaders and worked with startups in a wide range of industries to build foundational product strategy and transform product teams, I have also led multiple business transformation programs within large enterprises to form new organizations and products.
