Natalia Avdeeva

I'm an entrepreneurial growth-focused Chief Product Officer with experience in VC and PE-backed startups, scaleups and public companies. In my last role as the CPO at TrustedHousesitters I helped scale the company from pre-Series A to a $100m exit.

Previously I led product at Student.com and Vodafone and helped Jimmy Wales, founder of Wikipedia, launch two new ventures from scratch. I’ve been mentoring founders at Seedcamp and Antler as well as angel investing.

My experiences help me bring a well-rounded perspective to product management, combining commercial strategy, technology, data and design. I'm particularly interested in product-led growth and have a track record of building high-performing teams of product managers, designers and engineers and moving metrics across acquisition, virality, monetisation and retention. I help businesses to achieve measurable results in those areas as an advisor / fractional CPO.
