Roshan has lead several award winning product and re-engineering initiatives in the financial & technology industries from initial stages, 0->1 to large scale & corporate wide programs while leading diverse global teams, most notably at JP Morgan. She works fractionaly as a Chief Product & Technology Officer for multiple startups in AI, Web3, Impact.

She also advises and mentors startups through VC portfolios and sits on advisory boards. Her passion lies in purpose driven products & diverse founders; and also at the intersection of technology & purpose.

She is a judge for innovation awards & a speaker at international level forums. She holds a Post Graduate degree in Digital Business, Bachelors in Computer Science and certification from Oxford Fintech Program & Frankfurt School of Business Web3 talents program
