Seb Agertoft

Seb works with founders, cofounders, and leadership teams to align growth with lasting impact. His coaching draws from hands-on experience leading product development at startups like Pelago Health and scaling innovation at GoCardless and eBay; experience coaching dozens of founders backed by top tier investors; training in transformative coaching, neuroscience, behaviour change and relationship counselling; and years as a yoga and meditation teacher. He is an ICF-certified coach with a diploma in transformative coaching and holds a degree in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford. Beyond coaching, Seb advises startups on building world-class products and teams. In life, he loves to surf and hike with his wife and dog.
