Sacha Manson-Smith

I am a highly experienced and versatile senior technology professional with a multidisciplinary background in IT, science and engineering. I have worked in companies from 2 to 20,000 people, developing software and managing software and hardware projects in transport, healthcare, pharmaceutical and finance industries.

I have spent many years building high-performance, high-availability systems with many different technologies, have implemented information security programmes, built out DevOps tooling and processes and led product strategy. I have run major projects, the largest being a £30m 30-month technology migration programme, and can run and hire to large budgets. I am experienced at building and managing teams, and can provide leadership through uncertainty and times of change or rapid growth.
